    Sophie is a PhD student in the Department of Politics and International Studies. Her research investigates the concept of ‘care’ in democratic theory and moral philosophy with an emphasis on improving mechanisms of political representation.

    Rhys is a PhD student in Economics at King’s College, University of Cambridge and Cambridge Judge Business School. His research looks at the effects of competition policy on consumers and the design of good competition and industrial organisation policies.

  • Zarja Hude

    Senior Associate (Hackathon and Workshops)

    Zarja is a PhD candidate at LSE, researching the intersection of law and data science. She previously worked at EY’s technology centre of excellence, focusing on generative AI applications in immigration. She pioneered a legal information portal for cross-border researchers, now funded by the European Commission. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge.

  • Michaela Kadlecová

    Michaela is a Founding Team Member of the E-Lab and co-founded an educational venture that helped over 23,000 students and is also a non-executive director of a large secondary school.

  • Adam Motloch

    Adam is a Founding Team Member of the E-Lab an entrepreneur working in the intersection of educational services, edtech and AI.

  • Katrina Purser

    Katrina was the E-Lab Manager between 2022-24 and has a wealth of experience from management positions at the University and other Colleges. She is here to help Lab students, associates and CJBS students at King’s.

  • Monique Boddington

    Monique is a Management Practice Associate Professor at the Cambridge Business School and is a Mentor to E-Lab students as well as a coordinator of our Lego workshops.

  • José Luis López

    José is an Innovation & Digital Disruption senior analyst at IFC World Bank Group for Latin America, Europe & Central Asia. He is also an alumni of the University of Cambridge and Cambridge Judge Business School.

  • Ane Cornelia Pade

    Cornelia is a PhD Student in History of Art at King’s College, University of Cambridge. Her PhD research centres on the transformation of Parisian architecture and public spaces in the late 18th century.

  • Joe-Joe Boyes

    Joe-Joe is a member of the 2023-2024 E-Lab cohort, and working on developing a start-up out of the program. He is also a postgraduate studying an MPhil in ASNC at King’s, University of Cambridge.

    Siiri is a JBS Master of Finance graduate with experience in building financial technology platforms and product development. She is currently helping and working on early-stage projects on AI-driven management.
